We will set up a programme that meets your needs. For example it may simply be two 2 hour sessions on interview technique or a career review to establish future direction which could take three two hour sessions. 

A full programme covering the areas below is normally twelve to fourteen hours plus Campaign Support. Campaign Support is an essential part of the process providing ongoing coaching/mentoring during the period of change.  This includes telephone support and monthly review meetings which will be open ended for as long as the client believes he needs this support. Support is normally one hour per month.
