Background

Niki is an Internationally experienced HR Director with over 18 years track record within the retail, pharmaceutical and media industries. These include blue chip organisations such as Tesco, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Daily Mail Group and Signet Group.

Niki utilises tried and tested methodologies of commercially focused HR Strategy and action plans in local and international environments, including HR Green field sites.

She is a trained coach with more than 12 years coaching experience at all levels and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.  She is also a BA (Hons) Business Studies graduate.
