Executive Coaching Helen has coached a wide range of Executives to improve performance. These have included international business leaders, two senior Leaders at a large UK national organization, and several Senior Coaches. Coaching a portfolio of small media business owners in “next steps” to take their businesses forward.
Management Coaching Having held an Executive level role herself in-house, Helen has coached senior board level colleagues, as well as junior managers identified as part of the talent management process as the next potential leaders.
She has coached managers in areas such as improving their own performance and managing change, through to improving the performance of their teams. This has enabled them to re-focus their time to their creative strategies.
